Where do your cross-tool workflows break?
Work moves between your tools: a lead to sales, a closed deal to billing, a ticket to the right person. Somewhere along the way some of it quietly doesn't arrive, arrives wrong, or sits waiting. Pick a workflow, answer plain questions about how it is set up, and see where setups like yours typically break, with a check for each that you can run yourself.
What you get
Example: a made-up, typical lead setup. Each item opens into a way to check it yourself.
A field or list value was changed, so a step now writes into nothing

The CRM refuses a lead because of one answer

What this is, and is not
- It asks how a workflow is set up. It never asks for a name, an email address, a file or a login.
- It looks at nothing of yours. The result lists where setups like yours usually break; it cannot tell you what is broken in your systems today.
- Nothing is saved. The answers live in the web address, so you can bookmark or share a result.
- It takes about a dozen short questions (three to five minutes). The result is a ranked list: up to six things to check first and a few more, each with an honest time, who can run it and a source or a note that it is our reading.
- Six questions are the same for every workflow. They follow six kinds of check: did it arrive, does what happened next come back, do the counts agree, is it still running on time, did each field arrive filled in, and does a rule that should always hold, hold. Navceed is being built to run all six on every workflow it watches; today it runs them on an example company, and connecting your own tools is coming next.
Works for any marketing tool, CRM, billing tool or help desk. You never name them. See an example result (a made-up, typical lead setup).
