Navceed Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Navceed builds, runs and watches workflows across your team's tools. To keep that safe for you, for other customers and for the tools you connect, don't use Navceed to do any of the following, and don't let anyone else use it to do them.
Your connected tools and other websites
- Break a connected tool's terms. Each tool you connect has its own terms, rate limits and API rules. Don't use Navceed to get around them, to reach data your account isn't allowed to see, or to use a tool in a way its vendor prohibits.
- Scrape or automate where it's prohibited. Don't use Navceed or its Chrome extension to collect data from websites or services whose terms forbid automated access or scraping. Follow a third-party platform's own terms, such as rules against automated access or scraping.
- Send spam or deceptive messages. No unsolicited bulk messages, no messages that hide who sent them or that they were automated where the law requires disclosure, and no messages that break anti-spam law (for example, the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง7701 et seq.).
Data
- Use data you have no right to use. Only put in or connect data you are allowed to use for that purpose. No data collected unlawfully or in breach of a notice or promise you gave the people it's about.
- Put in data that doesn't belong here. No payment card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers or other government ID numbers, passwords for other services, health information, or personal information of anyone under 16.
- Track or profile people unlawfully. No surveillance of individuals without the notice or consent the law requires (for example, employee monitoring notice laws in some states), and no building profiles of people from several sources to sell or disclose without their knowledge.
Navceed itself
- Break isolation or security. Don't try to see or change another customer's workspace, bypass approvals or sign-in, probe for weaknesses, or interfere with Navceed's systems. If you find a security issue, tell us at contact@navceed.com.
- Get around limits. Don't evade rate limits, daily caps, sign-up limits or usage limits, including by creating extra accounts or using automated sign-ups.
- Overload or resell. No denial-of-service, load testing or heavy automated traffic without our written okay. Don't resell or share access to Navceed outside your organization.
- Inject instructions. Don't plant text in pages, records or files meant to trick Navceed's AI into acting against the person or customer it works for.
AI output
- Break Anthropic's Usage Policy. Navceed uses Anthropic's Claude models. You must not use Navceed, or anything it produces, in a way that violates Anthropic's Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup), which applies to end users of products built on Claude. That includes, among other things: illegal activity; fraud, scams or deceptive campaigns; compromising computer systems; violating privacy or identity rights; and using outputs to train AI models without Anthropic's permission.
- Use it for high-stakes decisions about people. Don't use Navceed to make or recommend decisions about individuals' employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare or legal status.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, pause a workflow or connection, or suspend or close an account under section 11 of the Terms of Service. Where it is safe and lawful, we'll tell you what happened and how to fix it. Report misuse to contact@navceed.com.
