How Navceed works
Navceed follows one loop for every workflow: describe, plan, try, approve, run, watch, fix, verify. This page explains each step in plain words and says which parts exist today.
Today versus coming next
Everything below works today on an example company with made-up people and numbers. Connecting your own tools, testing on your own sandbox and making changes inside your own tools are coming next. Nothing on this page claims otherwise.
1. Describe what should happen
You write a sentence, for example: new leads from marketing reach the right rep in the CRM within an hour, get the intro sequence, and every reply goes back to marketing. You do not need to know which fields or steps are involved.
2. Read the plan
Navceed turns the sentence into a plan in plain words, step by step. An AI model from a third-party provider helps build the plan. The plan is a declarative description that Navceed's own engine runs; model-written code is never executed. If something in your sentence is unclear, Navceed asks.
3. Try it on example records
Before anything runs, Navceed does a dry run on example records and shows exactly what would be written and where. This is where a rule that would create duplicates, or a field that does not exist, shows up.
4. Approve
The person who owns the data says yes. The approval is for exactly the plan that was shown. On your own tools, Navceed will use the access you give it (we recommend read-only keys) and change nothing without that yes (coming next).
5. Run and watch
Navceed runs the steps that cross tools and follows each record through every step. It shows where work stalls, doubles up or disappears, and since when.
6. Catch a break and prepare the fix
When something changes underneath the workflow (a renamed field, a retired list value, a rule that now refuses records), Navceed shows which step is affected, since when, how many records, and the likely cause. It prepares the fix and waits for the data owner's approval.
7. Verify
After the change, Navceed checks that the missing records now arrive, and keeps watching. A fix is finished when it is verified, not when it is applied.
What Navceed does not do
- It does not ask you to rebuild your workflows inside it. It is designed to work on top of the tools you already have: steps one of your tools can do stay there, and Navceed runs only the steps that cross tools.
- It does not replace your CRM, marketing tool or sales tool.
- It does not make changes without the data owner's approval.
- It does not use your data to train AI models: requests go to a third-party AI provider that, according to our privacy page, does not train on API data.
