Navceed FAQ

What is Navceed?

Navceed is software that helps revenue-operations and marketing-operations teams catch broken hand-offs between their marketing, CRM and sales tools, and prepares the fix for the data owner to approve. You describe a workflow in plain words; Navceed is built to watch it and tell you when it breaks.

Who is Navceed for?

Revenue-operations, marketing-operations and sales-operations people who own workflows that cross several tools, such as new leads moving from a form to the CRM to a sales sequence and replies coming back to marketing.

What can I do with it today?

Today Navceed works on an example company with made-up data. You can describe a workflow, read the plan, see a dry run, approve it, watch it run, see it catch a break and prepare the fix, and see the fix verified. Connecting your own tools is coming next.

Does Navceed change my tools?

No change is made without the approval of the person who owns the data. On your own tools, Navceed will use the access you give it (we recommend read-only keys) and write only after a yes (coming next).

Which tools does it work with?

Navceed is being built to work with the tools you already use rather than a fixed list; connecting your own tools is coming next. If you want to know whether it can work with yours, email contact@navceed.com and we will answer honestly.

Do I have to rebuild my workflows inside Navceed?

No. Navceed is designed to work on top of the tools you already have: steps that one of your tools can do stay in that tool, and Navceed runs only the steps that cross tools. Today this works on an example company; connecting your own tools is coming next.

Is it a CRM or an automation platform?

No. It is designed to work alongside your CRM, marketing tool and sales tool, in the space between them. See how Navceed compares with spreadsheets, built-in alerts, automation platforms, data observability tools and consultants.

Does it use AI?

Yes. An AI model from a third-party provider (named on the privacy page) helps build plans and diagnose breaks. Plans are descriptions that Navceed's own engine runs; model-written code is not executed, and every change needs the data owner's approval.

What happens to my data?

The public pages set no cookies and run no trackers. The example workspace holds only made-up data. When you use "Ask or build", your request and the records it needs are sent to that AI provider, which, according to our privacy page, does not use API data to train its models. Data is stored with our hosting provider in the United States. The providers are named on the privacy page.

How much does it cost?

Access to the example workspace is free and needs no card (the homepage says whether it is open yet). Pricing for connecting your own tools has not been published yet.

How is it different from the alerts my tools already have?

Built-in alerts see one tool's side and usually fire on errors. Many hand-off breaks raise no error: records arrive with blank fields, a rule stops firing, a count drifts. Navceed compares each hand-off from end to end.

Who makes Navceed?
