What is Navceed?
Navceed is software that helps revenue-operations and marketing-operations teams catch broken hand-offs between their marketing, CRM and sales tools. You describe how a workflow should run, in plain words. Navceed is built to show what really happens to each record, catch where it breaks, and prepare the fix. Nothing changes until the person who owns the data approves it.
Where it stands today
Navceed is early. This is exactly what works now and what does not.
- Works today, on an example company: you describe a workflow in a sentence; Navceed turns it into a plan in plain words; it tries the plan on example records and shows what it would write; you approve; it runs and keeps watching; when something changes underneath it (for example a renamed field), it shows what broke and why, prepares the fix, waits for the data owner's approval, and checks that the fix worked. You can see all of that in the example workspace.
- Coming next: connecting your own tools (we recommend read-only keys), testing a fix on your own sandbox, handing your admin a change package with a rollback, and making the changes inside your own tools.
- Not offered: replacing your CRM, your marketing tool or your sales tool, or asking you to rebuild your workflows inside Navceed. It is designed to work on top of the tools you already have and runs only the steps that cross tools.
The problem it is for
A lead moves through several tools: a form or webinar tool, a marketing tool, the CRM, a sales sequencing tool, and back. Each tool is fine on its own. The work that falls between them is where it breaks, quietly: records that never arrive, duplicates, leads waiting for an owner, field mappings that point at nothing after a change, replies that never reach marketing, a drop in volume nobody notices. Usually nobody is assigned to look until a colleague asks where their leads went.
How it works, in four steps
- Describe what should happen, the way you would tell a colleague.
- See what actually happens. Navceed follows each record through every step and shows where work stalls, doubles up or disappears.
- Get the fix, ready to go. It finds the cause and prepares the change.
- Approve, and it checks. The data owner says yes; the change is made (on the example company today), confirmed, and watched.
More detail is on how it works. Honest comparisons with other ways of doing this are on compare.
