Questions people ask before they sign up

What is Navceed?

You describe in one sentence how work should flow across your team’s tools. Navceed shows what really happens, catches where it breaks and prepares the fix. Nothing changes until the person who owns that data says yes.

What happens when I sign up?

You enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. There is no password. It is free and needs no card. You start in an example company: made-up data with real-looking records and a few things that have gone wrong, so you can see Navceed work. Signing up connects none of your tools.

Does Navceed connect to my tools or change anything of mine?

Only if you or a workspace admin connect them. Signing up connects none of your tools, and you start on the example company’s made-up data. Navceed does not change anything in a connected tool today; every change waits for a yes from the person who owns that data. The privacy page says what is read and kept.

My code did not arrive. What now?

Check the spam folder and that the address is spelled right, then ask for a new code on the sign-in page. If nothing arrives, email contact@navceed.com and say which address you used.

Where is my data, and how do I delete my account?

Your workspace holds the example data, what you do in it and its History, plus any records you bring in by connecting a tool or sending a table from the Chrome extension. The privacy page says what is kept, for how long, and where. To delete your account and everything in your workspace, email contact@navceed.com and ask.

How do I reach a person?

Email contact@navceed.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and what you saw instead.
